I have bulked up in the past but not like this. In the past I would pretty much do a “dirty bulk” and only focus on eating more and not so much of what I was eating. Now that I am watching what ingredients I am putting into my body on my current bulk, I’ve noticed I’ve so far been able to remain much leaner than on my previous attempts!
