Initial Consultation - Introduction & Health Evaluation
Our initial consultation involves a detailed analysis of your lifestyle, practices and routines, and your health and wellbeing (past, recent, current, future). We'll discuss your goals, your reasons for seeking out a coach, and use what's been gathered to create a plan.
Select A Service - Personalized coaching, programming, and service bundles
Choosing which type of coaching will be best for you is a collaborative development and decision. We will use the data gathered in your initial consultation, assess where you currently are and the steps needed to get successful results. This information will help us to select which service is best for you, or create a service bundle of multiple services that best support both your needs and goals.
Coaching/Consulting - Guidance and support
A program and schedule will be created personalized to your goals, lifestyle, needs, and accessibility, You will be given tasks and challenges, trying new things, meeting with me weekly and increasing your progress. Your program with me will be for a minimum of 6 weeks, or more should you continue with me on your journey.
