Service Description

A duet Pilates session is a private Pilates training session for 2 people. Your relationship to each other does not matter, a duet is intended for any two people. This session is on reformer only, no other Pilates equipment will be used in a duet session. This does not limit your Pilates experience as there are many levels to the pilates Reformer on its own.
