Service Description

Reinvigorate your day with this midday Pilates class. This Reformer workout will focus on releasing stiffness, tension and stress in the body. You can expect exercises that are lengthening, sharpen your coordination, and energize your body’s sensors. All levels are accommodated, all bodies embraced, all humans welcome. Please wear comfortable (preferably form fitting (ish) so that I can see you!) workout attire. Your choice to take class with grip socks or barefoot.

All purchases are final. Sessions expire 3 months after date of purchase. All sessions must be scheduled at the beginning of each package, unless otherwise discussed.
