Get your mind and nervous system centered and prepared for your day with this early morning Pilates class. This class is a full body Pilates workout focused on power, strength, muscle endurance, mobility, and pushing past limits to keep your mind optimistic and your body grounded. You’ll leave this class ready for whatever your day brings. All levels accommodated, all bodies embraced, all humans welcome. Wear comfortable (preferably form fitting (ish) so that I can see you!) workout attire. Your choice to take class with grip socks or bare foot.

All purchases are final. Sessions expire 3 months after date of purchase. All sessions must be scheduled at the beginning of each package, unless otherwise discussed.
